Everyone who likes hot chocolate and wool clothing will be happy to know that a new upscale, Lake Tahoe luxury resort development, is having a first offering of hotel condominiums.
The Chateau at Heavenly Village, South Lake Tahoe is making the offering at a private sales selection event in the Crown Room at The Fairmont San Francisco on February 23, 2008. The development is offered by resort developer RockResort®.
According to the developer the resort will have world-class dining, a RockResorts Spa™, the Heavenly Gondola (skylift), shopping, nightlife, 16 theaters, a conference and events center, covered valet parking, and an array of alpine recreation. All of the amenities are reported to be within walking distance.
