Snowboarding Versus Skiing

The end result was inevitable. The last legacy ski resorts are finally giving in - allowing snowboarders to a “wheel slide”, ”goofy” or “fakie” down their slopes. What industry insiders are actually seeing are skier boarding, and boarder trying skiing. What would have thunk it?
There are advantages to know one sport when trying out the other, but it’s not a requirement. Watching videos can be a big help. Taking lessons is another sure bet to quickly learn the tricks and expedite your trip down the snow covered slopes of Lake Tahoe’s many ski resorts.
Some people say skiing or riding powder is the closest you can get to feeling like you’re flying or transcending your worldly limitations. Isn’t time for you to give it a go? Full article
