After reserving (8 weeks in advance) wedding day appointments for hair, makeup and nails, I called to confirm only to discover that they had booked makeup, pedicure, and nail appointments ONLY. The hair person was now booked because it was a busy weekend and “they were booked 2 weeks ago”. No kidding, that’s why I booked 2 MONTHS BEFORE. They basically called me a liar saying I never asked for hair appointments and did absolutely nothing to try and fix the problem. Even the manager refused to help me, saying their reservations were NEVER wrong and I must be mistaken. Considering I booked for MY OWN WEDDING and there were four people in the room to confirm what I said, these people were totally incompetent and could not figure out what they were doing. At 100+ per hair appointment, you’d think they could handle reservations 2 months in advance.
