Café Fiore is a tiny slice of amore in scenic Lake Tahoe. The restaurant is a charming little mountain cabin with seven tables, serving up some of the best Italian food anywhere.
The intimate atmosphere lends itself to lots of cross-table gazing and whispered conversations, all over a glass of fine wine from Cafe Fiore’s impressive wine list.
The food does not disappoint either. One must try the Eggplant Crepes ($13.95) to start and regardless of your meal choice, please follow it with one of the homemade ice cream selections.
Al fresco dining on the deck allows for more tables in the summertime and wonderful Lake Tahoe views. But plan ahead and make sure you call in advance, to reserve your romantic and unforgettable evening.
